The room was spacious with two queen beds, and really clean. I enjoyed the mini-bar, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom with excellent water pressure in the shower. The rooftop bar had amazing views of the Empire State Building and the free happy hour with wine was a nice touch. The fitness centre was well-equipped too.

It was just a perfect match for a weekend pause in New York with fantastic value for money. One employee went out of their way to find me a room upon my early arrival, which was a nice surprise. It's worth asking about early check-in if you arrive ahead of time.

I also loved the super comfy bed, the best I've ever slept on! However, I must mention the slow water temperature in the shower that could be improved. I'd definitely choose to stay here again for sure!

Couples looking for a cozy escape

The staff went above and beyond for us, especially Dante who greeted us with warmth and even offered a complimentary upgrade which blew us away. Plus, the rooftop bar had a fine view and the calamari we had was out of this world, couldn't believe how good it was.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but still reasonable for what we got.

But my, that elevator was slower than a turtle on vacation! I nearly finished my novel waiting for it!
